This recently renovated three-room apartment features the following amenities: - Two cozy bedrooms equipped with sheets, duvets, duvet covers, and heating mattress pads for a comfortable night's sleep. - A spacious living room with a balcony, complete with an Android Smart TV and Netflix for entertainment. - A well-stocked kitchen, including a fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dishwasher tabs, washing-up liquid, and hand gel for all your cooking needs. - A modern bathroom with a toilet, hair dryer, child's step, washer and dryer combos, laundry detergent, water heater fast electric for 7 people, shower gel, shampoo, hand gel, and bath towels. - The beds and sofa bed have been outfitted with heating mattress pads to ensure a restful sleep. Along with the main floor heating set at 19°C, three extra auxiliary heaters are also available to keep you warm and comfortable. -For teleworking, two dedicated, removable work tables with PC screens (VGA, HDMI) are provided, and fiber internet is available in the apartment. - Lastly, a high chair and cot for the baby are available for your convenience. You will receive a message two days before your arrival. This message will include a link to a video as well as a link to the welcome booklet showing how to retrieve the keys and the parking location, etc. If you are arriving on the same day or the day before your reservation, the information will be sent within 20minutes of your reservation. The check-in starts at 3 pm, but you can park or drop off your luggage from 11 am (making sure not to leave important items such as cash or jewelry in your bags, for example) A free parking space in front of the building is available for your use. The entire accommodation is exclusively for you.

Please note the following strict rules: - No noise is allowed in the common areas of the building (corridor, staircase, etc.) or on the apartment balcony - No parties are allowed after 9 p.m. in the apartment - No noise is allowed before 8:30 a.m. - Do not park in the neighbors' parking spaces, your designated spot is number 33 - Do not write on the walls of the common areas of the building or in the apartment - Do not dispose of waste in the parking lot - Do not slam the main door - Do not damage the common areas of the building with your luggage Breaking these rules may result in a penalty. A noise detector has been installed to discourage any noise disturbances.
