## The space You enter through an old barn door of impressive dimensions. This warm and friendly accommodation is divided into a ground floor and a first floor but does not have a private exterior. The huge living room with cathedral ceiling consists of the dining room and a bright living room equipped with a sofa, a flat screen, an internet connection (free and unlimited WiFi). On the ground floor is also the fitted and equipped kitchen, with a bar for 4 people, a filter coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a hob and an oven. A master bedroom completes the ground floor, equipped with a large double bed with its private bathroom consisting of a large bathtub, a shower, a sink and a towel dryer. A beautiful wooden staircase leads upstairs, where there is a large hallway leading to two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a bunk bed. At the end of the corridor is the 2nd bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Household linen (sheets and towels) is provided. For parents with young children, all the necessary equipment is provided: cot, high chair, baby bath... ## Guest access The main entrance is on the street. ## The neighborhood The accommodation is located 15 minutes walk from the city center with its tourist attractions (the Royal Castle, Clos Lucé, Château Gaillard, etc.) and its many shops. During your stay in Amboise, you can go to your market every Friday and Sunday morning (the most important in the region), stroll on the Place du Château, in the pedestrian streets, appreciate the charm of a walk on the banks of the Loire (listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site), go to the swimming pool (open July and August) and all this within a radius of 900 meters. The city has many restaurants and bars, as well as clothing and craft shops, a delicatessen, good bakeries, a Carrefour City, a bookstore, pharmacies... And a Leclerc is just 5 minutes from the house. . The cities of Tours and Blois are 35 minutes away by car, and the famous Zoo de Beauval 45 minutes. You can also visit other Loire castles nearby (Chenonceau, Chambord, Cheverny, Chaumont…), fly over the region in a hot air balloon or go down the Loire in a canoe kayak! ## Getting around The A10 is 15 min away (Autrèche), Amboise station 10 min away.
