We propose you to rent, on the commune of Saint-Pôtan, this charming house of a surface of 77 m ², of lime pit foot and being able to accomodate to six travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room, an open plan kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and you will be able to take advantage of a beautiful fenced garden as well as a terrace to enjoy the beautiful days. We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: Day area : - A living room with TV, sofa, table and a dining area facing east and enjoying the sun all morning. - A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area with, in particular: electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, etc. - A laundry room, access from the kitchen through which you can also access the garden. Night space: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×200) - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: two single beds - A shower room with Italian shower - Separate WC Other remarks: - Sheets and towels included for stays of 7 nights or more. - For stays of less than 7 nights, a charge is made (rate, rental and payment to be agreed with our service provider on site). - Pets accepted, for an extra charge of 15e/stay (one pet only), please specify when booking. - The reception of certain television channels is sometimes uncertain. - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors (use of natural products: black soap, white vinegar, citric acid). Before leaving, please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. We remind you that parties are not allowed.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Pôtan in a quiet area and in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of a grocery shop and all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets in the towns of Matignon and Plancoët. Activities Come and discover the charming commune of Saint-Pôtan and its surroundings, walk along the GR34 along the Emerald Coast, visit the castles of La Latte and Hunaudaye, practice water sports and go on boat trips... You can recharge your batteries with the Breton sea air. Nearby - Matignon located at 5,1 km (7 minutes by car). - Plancoêt located at 9.2 km (10 minutes by car). - Saint-Cast-le-Guildo is 10.1 km (14 minutes by car) away. - Dinard 24 km (30 minutes by car). Transport If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on site (2 vehicles possible). There is a parking space in front of the house and another one on the side at the level of the pebbled surface.
