At the top a quiet dead-end at N°13 Rue de Belfort, we arrive by the terrace which includes a space with outdoor sofas then a dining area with barbecue, from there you access the interior, The kitchen living area is very large loft style, therefore opening onto the terrace, a long corridor with on the left two bedrooms. The first has a shower area a 160 bed, the second larger with bathroom and toilet and 180 bed, these two bedrooms overlook the hallway through large glass panels with blackout curtains. From this corridor a few steps lead on the right to a bedroom with two separate beds, three windows that overlook the outside, the bathroom with bath and toilet. a few steps higher on the right is a terrace with the small swimming pool as well as a cupboard with the washing machine, on the opposite side you access the large suite which overlooks the back with a very large bedroom, 180 bed, sofa-bed , dressing room, and bathroom with bath and shower. Separate wc. All rooms have a television, and are individually air-conditioned.

Large Loft style townhouse recently renovated, 10 minutes walk from the city center. you do have a bakery 5 minutes by foot as well as a small shop and a pharmacy You will appreciate the calm, the very large terrace surrounded by vegetation and the second terrace with a small swimming pool as well as two car parks.
