This apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of the building, with an elevator up to the entrance. There are stairs within the apartment. There is a spacious entrance hall, with teal walls and tiled floors. LIVING ROOM The living room has wonderful double height ceilings, a cascading staircase and white beams across the ceiling. Golden chandeliers hang down. The room comprises a large mauve-pink corner sofa, with a coffee table and surrounding armchairs. With floor to ceiling windows, the room has a lovely aspect to the surrounding Parisian architecture. In the corner is a fireplace, with a golden backdrop of the wall behind and a mirror. Photographic artwork depicting 1960's Mods hangs on the wall of the ascending staircase, up to the mezzanine level. DINING ROOM Adjacent to the living area, is the dining room, with wooden shutter doors separating the two spaces. The dining room includes a long table and chairs for 10 guests. Monochrome artwork hangs on the wall beside it. KITCHEN The kitchen includes a large stainless-steel island, with surrounding stools. The kitchen itself is navy blue and includes all the amenities you will need during your stay, including a coffee machine. SECOND LIVING ROOM Upstairs on the mezzanine level, is a further living area, with a corner sofa in baby blue, coffee tables and access to the roof terrace. There is also a television here, art and flowers to decorate. ROOF TERRACE The roof terrace is lovely with a table and chairs, surrounding plants and views to the surrounding classic Parisian rooftops. MASTER BEDROOM With a spiral staircase up to access, the master bedroom includes a Super-King size bed, with bedside tables either side. Opposite is a window seat, as well as a bamboo ladder and art on the walls. EN SUITE The en-suite bathroom includes a bath, two basins with gold taps and a walk-in show...
