The kitchen is fitted with a breakfast bar and stools and is fully equipped with all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay, including a microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, induction hob, a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso coffee machine. STUDY AREA A cosy study area with a desk and chair is located at the entrance in the flat before stepping into the living room. FIRST BEDROOM This charming bedroom is fitted with a double bed, bedside cabinets, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. SECOND BEDROOM Situated between the kitchen and the main bedroom, this spare room is fitted with a double sofa bed. BATHROOM Crisp white interiors and swaths of marble-style surfaces, this sleek little bathroom features a walk-in shower, single wash basin, and WC. WC On the left as you enter the apartment is a separate WC, featuring charcoal-grey tones and a single wash basin. Home Truths: No smoking, pets or parties. This apartment is on the third floor and can be accessed by a lift. This home has step-free access.
