The Cocoonr B&P Agency is delighted to welcome you to this pleasant, comfortable villa for your vacations. You'll be charmed by its quality amenities! The villa is fully equipped and offers a beautiful view of the marina. There are 4-5 bedrooms sleeping 9, as well as a lovely outdoor area with sun loungers, swimming pool and jacuzzi. All close to the centre of Cap d'Agde (10-15 min walk). The Villa has 120 m2 of floor space over 2 floors, overlooking the Marina d'Agde. On the ground floor you will find a large, bright living room with an open-plan kitchen fitted with American fridge, oven, dishwasher, hob and Senseo coffee machine. A central island for meals, a spacious lounge with two corner sofas and a TV, and a dining area. A pretty wooden terrace with dining table and small aperitif area accompanied by its beautiful garden with shock-absorbing flooring equipped with deckchairs, a heated swimming pool available from April to October as well as a jacuzzi heated all year round and a barbecue. Ground floor Master bedroom (with access to the outside): - Double bed with TV and en-suite bathroom (bath and walk-in shower, washbasin). Adjoining the master suite is a nursery with a cot and chest of drawers. - 1 separate WC - Laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board (on request). First floor - Bedroom 3 (Green):queen-size bed 160 with TV - Bedroom 4 (1 sleeping area split into 2): one bedroom with 2 single beds + one area with a single bed - Small bedroom 5 overlooking the Marina: double sofa bed 140 - Bathroom with bath and separate toilet. You have 2 private parking spaces with a space for recharging your electric vehicle and storage for your bicycles. Additional equipment: Cot, high chair, ironing board and iron, blender, electric mixer, Nespresso coffee machine, board games.
