An idyllic southern France house full of Provencal charm. Located at the top of a hill, the house offers a breathtaking views of the mountains and absolute calm. Surrounded by a pleasant garden with swimming pool , BBQ and futsal, you can lounge by the pool with family and friends or easily access the jewels of Provence and the French Riviera. The house is located between sea and mountains, 20min from the beach, 25min from Cannes and Saint-Raphaël and 35min from Nice and its airport. The house is on one level, composed of a very bright living room (including a sofa-bed) with its open kitchen (plus back kitchen), which opens directly onto the covered outdoor dining and the swimming pool and its surrounding terrace. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a large floor to ceiling window that overlooks the mountains at the back of the house. A second bedroom with a double bed is furnished with a typical French Provence style, bright and charming. Finally, the children's bedroom has 2 bunk beds and opens directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool. All household linen and towels are available to travelers. At the back, you will find a workshop transformed into a playroom with a sofa bed and a foosball that makes a fun children and teenagers' den. Everything you need to have nice dinners and family gathering indoors or at the outdoor lounge, cooking utensils, cheeseboards and wine glasses, are a staple at our house ! Access: parking for up to 3 cars in front of the house and in the driveway inside the property which is closed with an electric gate. Safety instructions: the swimming pool is directly accessible from the rooms and is not protected. Adult supervision is therefore required at all times for young children. Please see the house rules for more details. The land of 1000m2 is surrounded by a fence and benefits from Provençal plants and trees on plateaus of several levels.
