The neighborhood: Sightseeing: at the foot of Rennes' Saint-Pierre cathedral, you're within easy reach of all the typical places to visit in the city of Rennes (medieval quarters with half-timbered houses, Portes Mordelaises, Parlement de Bretagne, Palais du commerce, Place de la Mairie (Town Hall and Opera), Place du Champ Jacquet, Place Sainte-Anne, Palais Saint-Georges, Parc du Thabor, Musée des beaux-arts, churches etc.). Going out: you can walk to many of Rennes' restaurants and cafés with terraces. Relaxation: parks, boutiques and a top-of-the-range SPA are just a stone's throw away. Food: the Galeries Lafayette Monoprix is a 4-minute walk away.
