Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and for entertainment, four Smart TVs and a full-sized pool table. Outside there is a decked area with furniture and hot tub, a raised decked area with furniture, a sun terrace with furniture and a three-hole putting green, and a private driveway for three cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, along with a highchair and two stairgates.
