Stanley Villa is single-storey and consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite bathroom and a double, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed side courtyard with furniture, a rear enclosed garden with lawn and furniture, plus off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.4 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub, and a beach, and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. This idyllic coastal town comes as a borough of the stunning town of Christchurch, its position on the English Channel coast give it a uniquely mild climate. Highcliffe was a popular seaside resort in the Victorian era, its attractive High Street provides an excellent range of first-class amenities to make the most of. There are many notable attractions in the town which include the dramatic Highcliffe Castle, the beautiful Steamer Point Nature Reserve and a glorious stretch of sandy beach which looks out towards the 'Needles' of the Isle of Wight.
