Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, and a Smart TV. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles, a pub in 0.1 miles, and the beach in 0.5 miles. Please note: We do supply a disc for on-street parking but that is governed by the parking restrictions as laid out on street signage. Please note: We advise that that flat has very low window ledges in the bedrooms and it is a long way up (as well as large veluxes on the top floor) so children are accepted but at their parents own risk. Window locks are supplied for the bedroom windows.
