Please note we cannot guarantee the hot tub to have reached full temperature and be ready by 4pm on the arrival day • 3 / 4 car parking spaces available • Electric vehicle charging available •  It is recommended guests bring their own rods and fishing equipment and guests will require a rod licence (can be purchased from post office or via environmental agency website).  • Please note there is a step on entry to the property and there are steps from the lounge to the kitchen area as well as stairs to the first floor and lower ground floor • Please note, group bookings may be checked to ensure the purpose of the stay is for a holiday, and where relevant, a security deposit may be requested
