Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate same-sex or group bookings. Your understanding and compliance with this policy are greatly appreciated, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed inside the caravan. We trust you understand the importance of this rule, especially considering potential allergies among our guests. We kindly ask that loud music be avoided within the caravan park to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. In line with our rules, smoking inside the caravans, bringing pets, and hosting parties are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your cooperation in upholding these guidelines. When checking out, please send us a text and return the key and fob to the safe. You'll receive your refundable damage fees as long as the caravan is in good condition, free of smoking, and tidied up. Check-in time is at 4 pm, and check-out time is at 10 am. Prior to your arrival, we kindly request that you settle the refundable damage fees via bank transfer on the day of check-in, ensuring to include your name as a reference. Once the payment is completed, please notify us via text message, and we will text you the access code for the caravan, either upon its readiness or at 4 pm. Please note that check-out time is at 10 am. Upon a satisfactory inspection of the caravan, the refund for the damage fees will be processed via bank transfer, provided that no damage has occurred, no smoking has taken place, and the caravan has been left tidy. For families with children, we kindly ask that measures be taken to prevent bedwetting incidents. Please be aware that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the caravan, and any damages resulting from smoking will be the responsibility of the guest. Additionally, we would like to remind you of our no-pets policy within the caravan, as some guests may have allergies. Lastly, please be advised that a fob is necessary for access to the park, and it can be found secured in the safe attached to the caravan key. The key for the caravan can be retrieved using the designated key code provided to you after the refundable damage fees have been settled via bank transfer. A 4-bedroom caravan located in a Waterside Leisure Centre Holiday Park. It has a comfortable living area, a kitchen, and a dining space. The living area is usually situated towards the entrance of the caravan and features a sofa. There is a TV and some storage units. Next to the living area is the kitchen, which is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, sink, and microwave. The kitchen is also stocked with utensils, crockery, and cutlery, making it easy to cook up meals during your stay. Moving towards the back of the caravan, there are four bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed, bedside tables, and wardrobe spaces. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each and some storage options. The caravan comes with one shower room and two toilets, which are located in separate areas of the caravan. This layout allows multiple people to use the facilities simultaneously, making it ideal for families.
