Lovely location, a 5 minute walk into town and the beach, where there were plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants. Just far enough away from the above that there was no night time noise, either from traffic or people. The bed was very comfortable, with lovely linens/bedding. (We didn't use the second bedroom, but it also looked very comfortable).

A beautifully presented and recently refurbished two bedroom annexe providing very comfortable accommodation in the heart of Lyme Regis. Conveniently located near Mill Green and the River Lym, the town's delightful array of shops, galleries and restaurants as well as its famous seafront and harbour are only a 5 minute level walk away. A spacious open plan living area with wooden flooring throughout has been tastefully dressed and adorned with an extensive collection of local artwork. A door leads to a private decked seating area overlooking the pretty rear garden and providing a secluded outdoor seating area. The bedrooms are bright and airy with the main bedroom offering views across the town to the sea beyond. Offering parking for one car on the drive one metre from the front door, a real bonus in this central location, the property is a great base for those wishing to enjoy a seaside holiday or for exploring this part of stunning World Heritage Jurassic coastline.
Hi, I'm Richard and my wife is Diana, I am a professional news photographer and Diana runs our shop/studio. When the kids married and left home we were left with an empty part of the house which we annexed and created a comfortable dwelling perfect for those seeking a relaxing stay in Lyme Regis. Parking on the drive and just a few feet from your front door has proved to be very popular, especially if you want a day out in the car, you have no worries of finding a car park space in the town on your return. You are just 10 minutes walk away from the beach. Diana's hobby is sewing and mine is photographing wildlife (a nice break from newspapers).
Lyme Regis is unique, It's historic, photogenic, safe and friendly, we also have one of the safest sandy beaches in the country and the kids just love it, for mum and dad there are very good choices for pubs and restaurants including celebrated chef Marc Hix who's restaurant in Lister Gardens is a must for all foodies. I don't wish for bad weather but what a treat you would have to witness Lyme in a force 10 south westerly gale at full tide, it's awesome.
