Welcome to our family house. Bright spacious offered for solo travelers, whether your stay is for quick entry into London for business, or if you’d rather enjoy many parks and green spaces, while unwind yourself, after a long day or week. It’s a semi-detached house, renovated recently; modern design with green garden. It’s a quiet part of SE London, half an hour away from Gatwick Airport to our nearest train station, which is 10 minutes walking distance from our house. We’ve a local fine cheese shop, craft beer cabine, great cafes as well as the sourdough pizza joint. It takes 30 to 45 minutes to get to Central London via London Bridge, Blackfriars or London Victoria. Our guests will have access to the main entrance, hallways, top floor integrated bathroom that includes bath, showers head, basin and toilet bowl shared with only a one other person - which is on the hallway same floor as the guest's room, and garden too. The guests are welcome to use the microwave for warm up food if necessary, toaster, kettle and help themselves with tea, coffee, filtered still or fizzy water in our kitchen. ________________

Let me introduce myself, but coffee first, yes please! Thank you. I’m kind, straightforward and generous most of the time. How about you? Whenever the weather allows, I love go for a long walking or a bicycle riding around & about. Socialise? Certainly yes, with like-minded people. Space for myself and others to breathe is a must. I always give to people the benefit of doubt too. Overall, I love my daily healthy lifestyle; really appreciate my food cooked from scratch. South Norwood is a quiet residential area; cultural mix in a friendly neighborhood. Did you know that there are celebrities who lived in South Norwood? >Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, the author of Sherlock Holmes. His house still stands on Tennison Road displaying its legendary blue plaque. >Peter Grant (1935–1995) - music manager, most notably for Led Zeppelin. >William Stanley (1829–1909) - inventor and architect, set up a technical institute and factory in the area. Plenty parks to be explored, Crystal Palace Park inclusive - which isn’t far, Sailing & Bowling Club, Waterside Centre Cricket Pavilion next to the South Norwood Lake Park that was once the setting for a cricket match between Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and W.G Grace's teams. You’ll find local fine cheese shop, yoga classes, there’s the Craft Beer Cabin for some of the best craft beer in the world, great coffee shops as well as the local sourdough pizza joint, traditional pubs, restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets and takeaways food. The Stanley Halls, hosts theatre workshops, shows, music and films in a redbrick Edwardian building and, The BRIT School that produced such artists as Amy Winehouse, Katie Melua and Adele. Fancy football matches? The Selhurst Park Stadium Crystal Palace FC is just around the corner. You can even listen to Crystal Palace FC from the back garden or even go watch premiere league matches within walking distance from our home. It takes 30 - 45 minutes to get to Gatwick Airport, Central London via London Bridge, Blackfriars, London Victoria and so on. The Overground service gets you to Highbury & Islington via Shoreditch, or a quick change at Jubilee Line Canada Water gets you to Canary Wharf or onwards to Stratford's Westfield Shopping Centre. There are also Buses, Overground, ThamesLink or Trains running around & about every few minutes to Croydon Whitgift Centre, Crystal Palace and surrounding areas. I look forward to seeing soon. I xx
