From our Poole Old Town base, we provide a comprehensive full-management service, taking the stress out of holiday letting for second homeowners and ensuring holiday guests enjoy a consistently high-quality service. All our properties offer a home-from-home experience, evidenced by the many satisfied guests who return year after year. Your Quay to relaxation Quay’s offices are open 6 days a week for guest arrivals and we can make arrangements for Sunday and out-of-hours arrivals, too. Our live website allows guests to book short breaks and longer holidays 24 hours-a-day. For guests who would rather speak to us in person, our ‘phone lines are open from 9.30am to 6pm daily. Quay’s directly-employed Service Team ensures standards remain consistently high. All properties are provisioned with linen and towels, including beach towels, ready for your use. A complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee and hot chocolate together with local biscuits, crisps and nuts is provided and in the fridge you will find a nicely chilled bottle of white wine awaiting your arrival!

Corfe Mullen is a large village on the north-western edge of the Poole-Bournemouth conurbation, surrounded by the Green Belt and forming part of the rural district of East Dorset. The name Corfe Mullen is derived from the Old English corf "a cutting or pass", and the Old French molin "a Mill" a reference to the old water mill which still spans the River Stour, where the village originally stood. Accessibility is good, with easy access to the local road network and the A31 Ringwood/Dorchester trunk road. Upton Heath, to the south of the village, is excellent for dog walking and bird watching and offers spectacular views from its summit over Poole and the harbour beyond. The National Trust’s magnificent Kingston Lacy estate is a short drive away, once home to the Bankes family and the site of Badbury Rings iron-age hill fort. The market town of Wimborne with its eponymous Minster lies 3 miles to the north, whilst the blue-flag beaches of Poole and Sandbanks are just 8 miles south. The village has a 44-acre recreation ground at Blandford Road for kids to run off their energy, plus over 11 acres at the Springdale Road Open Space, in the southern part of the village. Local hostelries offering food and drink include The Dorset Soldier, The Holmbush Inn and The Coventry Arms, whose gardens run down to the Stour. Retail facilities include a Co-op supermarket and neighbourhood shops.
