On the other side of the hall is a double bedroom, with large built-in sliding mirrored wardrobe, bedside chests for storage, and a window & blinds. Further along is the third of four bedrooms, ideal for infants, kids or teens, and comes with two single beds, a long side-table cabinet for storage, and wooden flooring. Next, a modern family bathroom is finished with a large walk-in shower cubicle, twin wash basins with substantial storage cabinet, large mirror, heated towel rails, and deep bath. The main living dining area towards the rear is the heart of the home, with a gorgeous light filled open-plan lounge-dining-kitchen space, and central island. The lounge section has three sofas surrounding a smart 50" TV, with DVD player, and coffee table cabinet. A stunning oak dining table seats a large number of diners, and extends out further — with plenty of cushioned high back chairs for family meals. The minimalist kitchen has a real wow factor, including a substantial island unit with gas hob and sink, dark granite worktops, curved edges, and a lustrous off-white cabinet finish. Off the lounge area is a fourth bedroom, a double room, with storage cupboard, a desk and chair workspace, and a useful shower wet-room ensuite. The whole garden is beautifully landscaped, and has several oak trees on the back boundary, and a handy gate opening onto a large field. There's off-street driveway parking for at least four vehicles.

Christchurch is a lively market town with a deep history going back to the 7th century at the confluence of the rivers Avon and Stour, which flow into Christchurch Harbour. It is a great place to visit, eat, and shop by day, and has an array of lovely restaurants to dine-in by night. Heading south to the beaches, laidback Southbourne is a pleasant escape from the business of Bournemouth down the road. The sandy beach at Southbourne is Blue Flag awarded for cleanliness and is long and wide, perfect for families, and the ideal place to spend a warm sunny day. There’s also lifeguards during peak season for safety, and a few eateries dotted along. Heading west brings you to the many sandy beaches of Bournemouth and then Sandbanks. A ferry can be caught to take you to Studland Bay from Sandbanks, which is another amazing sandy bay, stretching miles to Swanage. RSPB Arne and Poole Harbour are further attractions in this area. Further along in Dorset is the incredible Jurassic Coast stretching West from Swanage. Hengistbury Head, Mudeford (and its famous beach huts) Avon and Highcliffe beaches lie to the south east of Christchurch. Hengistbury Head nature reserve is accessible on foot or bikes from Southbourne, and makes for a great day out for walking or nature enthusiasts. Further east of the property, The New Forest is fairly close by — with its gorgeous towns and villages dotted throughout, and incredible scenery and wildlife. Lymington Town runs its own weekly Saturday market along its long high street and is well worth a visit. There is a good bus service between Bournemouth, Christchurch and Mudeford. The nearest train station is Christchurch, which connects you west to Bournemouth and east to Brockenhurst, Woking and London on SouthWestern Railways. There are also various ferries and small crossings to nearby attractions such as Mudeford Sandspit. Many local attractions can be accessed with public transport, but cars are recommended for further areas.
