A modern, homely two-bedroom apartment with minimalist and contemporary décor. The apartment has beautiful rooms, a spacious lounge area and stylish kitchen. Guests will benefit from a secure and peaceful stay in a secure building with resident-only access to the building with CCTV surveillance. Bedrooms have been designed to be very comfortable and modern, all mattresses and beds have been newly bought to allow an enjoyable and comfortable night’s sleep. Guests can enjoy large windows overlooking a beautiful garden area with plenty of light during the daytime.
Situated in a quiet residential area with greenery and a peaceful view, guests can relax in a convenient location with easy access to the M6, M5, M42, M54 and M6 toll. The apartment is a 4-minute walk from a scenic park, ideal for jogging, recreational activities with a tennis court, outside gym and basketball court. The apartment is 15 minutes to Birmingham City Centre, Walsall Town Centre and West Bromwich Town Centre all easily accessible by public transport and car. Local amenities are also within walking distance from the apartment including; off-licence stores, local takeaways, nail and hair salons and a barbershop. A local supermarket is within walking distance open until 10pm and a 24-hour ASDA superstore is less than 10 minute’s drive away. A perfect location to all areas of the UK making travel very manageable, especially for those who wish to explore Birmingham Centre with easy access.
