With that in mind, we have made the difficult decision to insist all guests pay a refundable damage deposit prior to arrival. Upon booking we will ask that you please forward your email address as soon as possible. In order to pass our security checks, we require the lead booker for each stay to electronically sign and return our terms and conditions, together with a photo of your government issued ID, (either your passport or driving license) and a selfie. We will then invoice you for the damage deposit. once received, we will forward your check in details prior to your arrival. Please ensure you complete your booking validation prior to check-in. Refunds will be processed 72 hours of departure providing no damage has taken place or any need for specialist cleaning and can take up to 10 day to appear in your account. Strictly no charging of EVs is allowed and if discovered will implement immediate vacation of the property.

Property information

Our apartments at 180 are right in the centre of Burton on Trent and set in a converted listed building built around 1780. The apartments are right up to date with a unique industrial flair. We give our guests every comfort we can to help their stay become more enjoyable, from wine in the fridge to biscuits and coffee in the kitchen. We are happy to help in any way we can to make your stay more enjoyable. We also have CCTV installed in the outside areas, for your safety and security. Coopers and Brewsters at 180 are accessed through a private courtyard off the main road. to enter the properties, an electronic key is required and will be emailed to you from Klevio prior to your stay. The properties are situated over 2 floors and are both self contained. You will enter into the spacious open plan living area flat B on the ground floor, The kitchenette is fully equipped with a washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. to the rear of the lounge is an original doorway, up a single step to access the bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms in the property and also 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double and a single bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds. the beds are all made up ready for your arrival with freshly professionally laundered hotel quality linen and white fluffy towels. Both bathrooms feature over the bath showers, a toilet and a basin. Brewsters/Flat E is accessed through a door of the main road and then up an internal staircase to reach flat E on the 2nd floor. The property is accessed by an electronic key which will be sent via email prior to our guests arrival. You will need to download the Klevio app onto your p Please note there are parking restrictions on the main road which are in operation Monday-Friday from 08.00-09.30 and from 16.00-18.30 However, there is 3 hours of free parking available at B&M opposite which could be utilised during these hours. Restriction are not in force during weekends and public holidays.

Neighbourhood information

For Burton on Trent, the brewery has to be one of the biggest attractions with all the history of brewing that has been carried out in the area for hundreds of years. There is also the River Trent with it many walks nature trails. Here you have easy access to the A38, Derbyshire, St. George's Park and Lichfield and Birmingham. The railway station is just a walk away and East Midlands Airport around 45 minutes drive. The Malthouse is right in the centre of everything - walking distance to the town centre and just across the road there are many eating places, a gym, a Cineworld, a Mecca Bingo and Aldi. The National Memorial Arboretum is an easy drive away, for those who love the great outdoors as well as Branston Water Park. The Burton Shovel is 15.6 miles and the National Forest Adventure Farm is just 13.9 miles. For those interested in the brewing industry the National Brewery Centre is just across the road and hosts many social events, or the Marston's Brewery Tour may be more your thing! For historic architecture the Claymills Victoria Pumping station is worth a visit. As the history of Burton on Trent is based on brewing you will find many public houses within easy reach
