The local transport links allow 5 minutes travel to Haworth by bus or 5 by steam train on the worth valley line. Hebden bridge is 20 minutes bus journey hourly over the hill. Halifax, Skipton, Saltaire, lIkely and Otely are all with in 30minutes car journey if you are looking to use the house as a base. Leeds, Harrogate and Manchester are 1hour away by car and transport links. Manchester is advised to journey their by train from Hebden Bridge. Transport links to leeds and Bradford can be found in Keighley, Oxenhopes local town. Ideally situated for walking Holidays, there are many routes that can be started from Oxenhope that end near a pub for that well earned pint. (Check out the walking routs in our welcome pack)

Hi I’m Ben, I live and work close by. I have a number of properties to let close buy and always on hand to resolve any problems should they occur. If there are any problems with the house this can be resolved quickly with as little interruption to your stay as possible. Local contractors are on hand to resolve any electrical or plumbing problems within the hour should any of this things occur.

Oxenhope as stated is only 2 miles from Haworth which has the larger share of eateries in the area. Locally the nearest pub it 2 mins walk away (The Bay Horse) and the Co-op is a 5 minute walk in the bottom of the village. Open till 10pm, ideal for late arrivals who may have missed a few things off the shopping list or for those essentials that might be needed like milk, bread toilet roll etc… Keighley has the larger supermarkets, however Haworth has a Spar as well as a larger Co-op than Oxenhope.
