Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes. If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival. The Exclusively Holiday Homes team is then available by phone or email 7 days a week to answer any questions you might have or advise on the area.

Looking for a stylish holiday apartment close to all the action? The Artist's Loft is set on the top floor (stairs involved) of a newly converted Victorian townhouse on London Road with views over a church from the lounge and across the town from the bedroom. The kitchen is well set up for self catering, including an induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, lots of utensils and a washing machine. An eye-catching cowprint sofa and funky cow artwork style the lounge area of the contemporary open plan living space, and there is a flatscreen TV, stereo, DVD player plus a wealth of DVDs, CDs and books to browse. A dining table for two is set by the window. The tastefully designed bedroom has a relaxing boudoir feel. Sink into the kingsize bed, recline on the chaise longue with a book or catch up on emails (if you must) at the desk. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and a light-up mirror great for shaving or putting on your make up before a night on the town. WiFi is provided, plus linen and regular towels (bring your own beach towels). You are very central so a car is far from essential and the train station is a hop, skip and jump away.

This superb loft apartment is set in the creative quarter of St Leonards-on-Sea. The buzzing cafes and shops of Kings Road are just around the corner and the seafront a mere 10 minute stroll away. There is a great independent cinema, plus delicious delis, antique stores to browse, an oyster bar and lots of other great eateries to enjoy. The train station is within two minutes walk. Regular trains make it easy to visit places including Eastbourne, Brighton, Hastings, London Victoria and Gatwick Airport.
