Ash Tree House is a beautiful three-storey property resting in desirable Salcombe, Devon. There are four bedrooms in the cottage, consisting of a second-floor king-size with an en-suite bathroom, two ground-floor doubles and a ground-floor twin, served by a ground-floor bathroom, sleeping eight guests in total. The cottage also has a ground-floor bathroom, first-floor kitchen/diner and a first-floor sitting room. Outside is a terraced area with seating, as well as patio and balcony with seating being on the first floor. There is also ample off-road parking.
