It is set in a gloriously peaceful location on the edge of the Old Lochside Estate, just 2 miles from Town Yetholm. The living/dining room has views over the loch, a wonderful oak beamed fireplace, comfortable sofas. On the first floor the main bedroom has an imposing wood carved headboard on the kingsize bed and an additional single bed. The second bedroom has a ¾ size double bed and a cupboard full of teddy bears. The garden to the back of the cottage is fully enclosed and has sunny, sheltered seating areas. Direct access to paths adjacent to the loch. Nearby, there are the lovely border towns of Kelso, 7 miles, Jedburgh, 14 miles, and Melrose, 23 miles.
