Light and spacious with a lovely roof terrace for soaking up the morning sun, this property is just moments from the beautiful River Dart.. All on the first floor. Open plan living space. Living area: With Smart TV and DVD player. Dining area. Kitchen area: With gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Bedroom 1: WIth kingsize bed, Smart TV and patio doors leading to terrace. Bedroom 2: With zip and link twin beds (can be super kingsize on request) and patio door leading to terrace. Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.. Gas central heating, gas, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Decked terrace with outdoor furniture. Parking permit for 1 car (unreserved). No smoking. Visit England 4 star. . A first floor apartment recently converted and refurbished to a high standard and located in the very centre of Dartmouth, close to the town’s shops, restaurants and waterfront. The apartment, which has been tastefully furnished and decorated, is spacious and light and has a lovely 400 square foot roof terrace to the rear. This property can be booked together with Bank Apartment 2 to accomodate up to 10 guests. Free WiFi
