Great location, lovely site. SH3 was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need for a short stay. Lovely walk around the nature reserve to Berry Head. Coop close by in walking distance for the essentials.

Lovely warm welcome
Great location - highly recommend a walk to Berry Head and to the beautiful GuardsHouse Cafe.
Scenic walk into the harbour - a little hilly but nothing steep.
Brixham had some lovely cafes and places to eat.
Thanks for a lovely little stay .

Amazing! Beautiful view from living room, very comfortable accommodation with everything we needed, good quality mattresses, fully equipped kitchen, balcony for alfresco drinks whilst watching the riviera, nice & quiet residential area. A perfect stay, so glad we booked. close to berry head nature reserve, a 10 min walk to shoalstone pool which is being refurbished & should be open in July. 15 min walk to the harbour & marina, quite steep in places!

Spotlessly clean, everything you could wish for in a caravan, you can see Lisa has gone the extra mile with the way it’s furnished throughout, built in sound system was a fabulous bonus as well, couldn’t fault anything would definitely book again. Lovely walk into Brixham harbour over berry head although walk back is harder.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed in an apartment at Berry Head Hotel.
The hot tub is fantastic, the view from the room is fantastic.
The location is fantastic!

Great location, only a few minutes to the coast path and walking distance into Brixham. Berry Head is a great place to explore. A lovely caravan on a nice site. We went out of season (it was quite rainy!) so we didn't have the opportunity to sit out on the decking but imagine it's lovely in the summer.

Everything you would need is provided in the accommodation.
Close to all amenities and the beach.
Close to lovely walks along the coastal path and up to Berry Head.

Beautiful views over harbour. Great location as it was near enough to walk to the town and not far from the Berry Head Hotel which we always visit for lunch. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed- glasses, cooking utensils, pans, glass dishes, mugs, kettle, toaster, hairdryer etc. Lovely and cosy and warm too. Home from home!
Rob was very welcoming and showed us everything we needed to know about the property. Thanks! We will definitely return.
