Bar Lane Cottage is nestled on the edge of the popular market town of Reepham which is home to a plethora of independent shops, delis and eateries. The town is home to 18th century houses, pretty alley ways and lanes and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and scenery as well as footpaths and bridlepaths. The town benefits from a wonderfully restored heritage railway, the Whitwell and Reepham Railway as well as a 26 mile traffic-free route for walkers, cyclists and horseriders called Marriott’s Way. Nearby attractions include the Jacobean stately home of Blickling Hall, Aylsham (the growing number of independent shops, cafes and bars has put this market town on the map since 2020), The Norfolk Broads, Holt and of course the North Norfolk coastline.
