An expansive second reception room features a dining table for eight, complemented by equally stunning sea views. The newly fitted midnight blue kitchen is a culinary haven equipped with modern amenities, including a toaster, microwave, kettle, American fridge freezer, LAMONA five-ring electric hob, electric oven, and microwave. The open-plan kitchen and dining area seamlessly flow into the spacious lounge, offering a 70-inch flat-screen TV, a large leather corner sofa, an additional lounge chair with a footrest, and a bar area with two raised bar stools.
