There are three comfortable bedrooms: a master zip-link super king (6’) with en-suite shower, Bedroom Two a king-size (5’) bedroom, and Bedroom Three a zip-link twin (2 x 3') room, the latter two sharing a family bathroom with bath/walk-in shower. French doors from the living room lead to the outside terrace and large open garden, with access straight into the surrounding countryside via a charming little bridge over the stream. Beaufort Barn is located in the small, sleepy village of West Burton deep in the South Downs National Park. A mile west in Bury there is a popular 16th Century pub, an excellent farm shop and walks along the River Arun. Five miles south is the historic town of Arundel, Petworth is seven miles north, and Amberley just to the east. The South Downs national park is right on your doorstep. Also nearby are many award-winning vineyards, Goodwood, Chichester and the Sussex coastline.
