Come + Stay in my beautiful newly renovated self-contained annex/cottage. My profile photo is of the house + my driveway. It is beautifully decorated with restful yet tasteful furnishings. A French double bed with lighting close by for the all important reading/ relaxing in bed without getting out of the bed to turn light off.. Tasteful new bedding 13 tog quilt, 4 x pillows, all protectors for that clean fresh feeling. A private ensuit with an electric shower, towels and bed linen provided, plus a extra throw. The period fireplace houses a free standing electric blower with various settings. I provide high quality teas + coffee, filter water, plus milk, crockery, toaster kettle + fridge. Plus a breakfast seating area inside. There is a pretty outside patio area with table and chairs provided for breakfast alfresco or drinks. Train station 2 mins walk as is the beach. Free parking on the drive. Conveniently located to an array of shops restaurants coffee shops, Witherspoons is a 5 min walk, as is Arthur's a new fabulous trendy restaurant/ bar. The Black Toad nearby is a great little drinking establishment selling hand stretched Italian pizzas on a friday I can highly recommend. Flavours up the road is a favourite breakfast little Gem. Most of my suggestions are child/ dog friendly

Life is for living. Enjoy yourself. I love to travel +meet new people. I have lived in San Diego California, + have travelled extensively loved India + Australia the most. I love living on The Wirral as it is a beautiful place I highly recommend it. Im separate from guests in the main house, but can reach me by tex, message or knock or ring on my front door. Please feel free to contact me if you need to ask any questions. The annex/Cottage is all on one level, apart from one small step up perfect for guests who cannot walk far or climb up stairs, steps etc. Also parking on my driveway always helps. Also if you have mobility issues, this is a perfect space as it's all flat including the large courtyard. The courtyard is full of flowering plants + climbers so a pretty place for an Al fresco drink or dinner.

Access to Liverpool+ Chester via the train is easy, so easy in fact the train station is literally bang opposite my drive on Manor rd. Hoylake is a really vibrant place with a friendly community and a extensive mix of bars, coffee shops, craft spaces, and independent shops. Something for everyone, plus free parking even at the beach + on the promenade which is conveniently a 2 mins walk away. Its a great space for dog walking, hiking, walk to Red Rocks across the beach, or to Hilbre Island or simply a stroll or bird watching,at Leasow Bay 15 mins walk along the promenade via the sand dunes. there's an abundance of birds, including the Crane, + various other migrating bird species. The local beach is a hive of activity for birds of all species. You can walk along the beach from Hoylake right to Thurstaston. Or cycle along the Wirral way to Thurstation Country Park near the beach..There's a great dog friendly cafe there. Liverpool by train is 25 minutes away. Chester 30 mins drive away, Blackpool 50 mins drive. Wales 50 mins away.
