Serviced Living Liverpool are a serviced accommodation provider operating across the Liverpool area. We are a family-run business consisting of three brothers, born, raised and residing in Liverpool. We have been operating in the hospitality industry for over 5 years and have built up a large portfolio of serviced accommodation properties. We are passionate about providing high-quality accommodation, combined with exceptional customer service, across our fabulous city. Our portfolio currently consists of over 50 properties, made up of a combination of studio, one and two bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom houses. The properties are based in 13 locations, including Bold Street, Moorfields, Tobacco Wharf, The Docklands, several in The Baltic Triangle Area and we also have a several on the outskirts of the city centre. We specialise in working with large contractors and local businesses, providing affordable accommodation for their employees and business partners when they are visiting or working in the local area.

Based on the Bold Street, right in the heart of the city centre are the Bold St LiverPods! These studio apartments are perfect during the week as a base for business travellers and at weekends they are walking distance for those dancing the night away! Compact but well thought-out, these Liver'Pods' each sleep between 2 and 4 guests, they contain a private toilet and shower-room and a kitchenette. They are stylishly decorated, with contemporary yet comfortable furniture and modern conveniences are a given, with flat screen televisions and free Wi-Fi. A larger shared kitchen offers the use of a washing machine and dryer. There is several public pay and display car parks surrounding the property. Same day bookings must be made before 5pm, ID and damage deposit will be required before check-in instructions are sent out.
