Boutique apartment nestled in the very heart of Clitheroe, a stones throw from Clitheroe Castle and within easy walking distance of a fantastic selection of independent bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment features an open plan living room and kitchen with a dining area and sofa bed, separate shower room and a double bedroom. The rooftop terrace offers spectacular views over Clitheroe and of Pendle Hill. This is a one of a kind space you will not find anywhere else in Clitheroe. The living room and kitchen are open plan and within this space you will find the dining area and sofa bed. In the lounge area there is a TV with streaming services available and the kitchen facilities include an under-counter fridge with icebox freezer, a slimline dishwasher and a free standing electric cooker with oven, grill and hob. There's tea and coffee making facilities with both a kettle and Nespresso machine. The dining area has a table that can seat four along with four high stools. The bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe and dressing table. For reservations of two people, only the bedroom is prepared as standard. If you are a reservation of two and would also like the sofa bed to be prepared, please let me know so I can ensure everything is set up to suit your needs. The shower room has an electric shower, which means the hotter you set the water temperature, the lower the pressure will be. There is also a heated towel rail. Up on on the roof terrace there is a sofa and within the storage boxes you will find cushions and blankets. The roof terrace is accessed solely via the apartment and is not a shared space. There are a couple of things to mention on accessibility. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building, which is up one flight of stairs and then two smaller sets of stairs. There is no lift. Once you are in the apartment the roof terrace is accessed via a ladder with handrails and you exit onto the roof through a roof hatch.
