This stylish & quirky studio flat with its own front door, is nestled in the heart of Brighton - 3 blocks back from the beach. It's like a cosy cabin - compact & fully equipped. It has an awesome bath tub (soak in it for for hours on end), a comfy double bed on the mezzanine floor, and an open planned lounge/kitchen space with skylight windows, dimmer switch lighting set up & a sofa that transforms into a chaise lounge. This is a small and intimate space, great for a couple and perfect for one person. We’ve created a dimmer switch lighting set-up to control the sensorial mood across the studio.

We're in the perfect central location - Everything you need is within a 5-15min walk in any direction, including the famous Brighton Lanes. Below the studio is the ‘Tallboys’ barber, and just next door is one of Brighton's best coffee shops, and opposite is one of the best Italian pizza takeouts in Brighton. Over the road, is an off-license for necessities, and one block southwards is the main high street full of pubs, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Just round the corner is a great park, and two more blocks southwards and you're on the beach.
