Our apartments are spacious and cosy! Our two apartments provide a king size bed both with an en-suite bathroom. The communal areas provide a cosy socialable setting with sofa and soft furnishings to make yourself at home. Our apartments both have smart TVs, Sky and Wi-Fi so you can cosy up with a glass of wine and a film and also stay up to date with your favourite TV programmes! Eating in? Both apartments are fully equipped with kitchen suitable to cook up a storm! Whether it’s a cooked breakfast or an evening dinner! Modbury is a small market town full of independent shops, pubs and cafes in the heart of Devon’s country-side. Modbury boasts spectacular views, walks and scenery all year round yet is just a short drive from the coastline of some of the UK’s best beaches. It is ideally placed to explore Devon with access to a great range of attractions including the Dartmoor National Park, multiple beaches and Kingsbridge Esturary. Walking It is a walkers paradise with the South West Coastal path, South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a variety of heritage trail walks around the town itself. Beaches If you want local beaches, you cannot beat Bantham, Mothercombe, Bigbury on Sea, Bovisand, Wembury, blackpool Sands, South Milton, Thurlstone and Hope Cove to name but a few! – all a short drive from Modbury. Kingsbridge Estuary to Salcombe and East Portlemouth. There are plenty of ways to explore the estuary from walking and kayaking to paddle boarding and sailing. There is also a water ferry service that runs between Kingsbridge and Salcombe harbour.
