Situated in Mount Pleasant this well presented 4 bedroom home will be a great base for you to explore Swansea! As you arrive at the property you will find there is free parking on the street, park up and lets head inside! As you make your way to the front door there are a few steps to climb. Once you’re inside you’ll find 1 of the 4 bedrooms with a single bed, the livingroom with 2 comfortable couches to relax on, the dining table which seats 6 and the Smart TV where you can watch your favourite series on Netflix! Continuing through the downstairs you will find the fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer and the bathroom with a shower over the bath. Upstairs, you’ll find 3 great sized bedrooms. The front bedroom which is lovely and spacious has 2 double beds. The remaining two bedrooms each have 2 single beds. Not to forget every bedroom has a Smart TV so there will be no missing out on your favourite shows!
