Welcome to Campania & Jones House in Shoreditch. This timeless building is the jewel in the Crown of East London’s most vibrant, fashionable corner. As the name suggest, Jones Dairy was once a working Dairy - with cows in the stable at the back and milk and cheese sold out the shop at the front. The shop-owners (The Jones's) lived upstairs - in true Victorian fashion. We renovated this beautiful historic building in 2013. Today the ground floor is home to our acclaimed Southern Italian restaurant - Campania & Jones and above sits a beautiful two-bed apartment dripping in Victorian charm. Accessed by a quirky private side street entrance the kitchen and living room (exposed bricks, period features) overlook the cinematic cobbled streets of Columbia Road’s Flower market - an East End tradition not to be missed that bursts into life on Sundays. The property has two bedrooms - a master with a double bed one on the first floor and an attic room with another double bed bed and small study area. The living room is contains period French furniture (please be careful as the sofa and arm chairs are delicate.) The bathroom boasts roll top bath and original Victorian turn of the century taps and original shower system so please note - the water is not pressurised; you will have to find the balance between hot and cold.) This part of East London is steeped in history - the Krays drank in the Royal Oak (the living room looks down on it) and over recent years Shoredtich has become the centre of London night life with hipster clubs, bars ands restaurants. London fields and Broadway market are a five minute walk and Brick Lane is 10-15 mins. With many of London's best bars and restaurants on the door step, and the market on a Sunday - it can get a little noisy (on the weekend) but if you after a slice of East London - it doesn't get much authentic than this.

What makes Columbia Road unique is it is a Central London location (great access to the City and West End) but it has retained a real East London community feel helped by a primary school and a nursery on the road.
