New build 4 bedroom fully furnished house on private gated Cul-de-sac with ample parking and covered by CCTV. Very spacious rooms over 3 storeys. WC on each floor. Main bathroom on 1st floor, En suite shower in 2nd floor bedroom.
The properties are a short walk from Sheffield’s Northern General Hospital. 3.1 miles from Meadowhall shopping centre and interchange. 3.3 miles To junction 35 of M1 motorway. 3.3 miles to Sheffield arena. 4.7 mles to Sheffield City Centre
