Carew is a detached cottage resting in Pontgarreg near Llangrannog, Sir Ceredigion. Hosting one double bedroom, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to two guests. There is also an open-plan kitchen/diner and a sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there is a garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, along with off-road parking for one car. Fuel, power, and starter pack for woodburning stove (not open fire) inc. in rent. Bed linen and towel inc. in rent. Highchair, travel cot, and baby bath available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Within 1.1 miles you will find a pub and a beach. Carew is a wonderful holiday home for a memorable stay in Pontgarreg. Would potential guests kindly note that in an adjacent field to the cottage, although almost finished, two houses are being built and some noise might be experienced during their stay between the hours of 8am. and 4pm. - Monday to work is due to be completed on the nearest house by the end of April, 2024 and the farther house estimated by the end of June, 2024.
