When entering into the light and spacious hallway you'll see this house has had a great renovation. The first room you come to is a large double bedroom with plenty of space and with large windows is light and spacious. The next room is the lounge with plenty of comfortable seating in addition to a dining area comprising tables and chairs. Leading through to the large fully fitted and equipped kitchen with additional seating area. The fully equipped kitchen means you can prepare a 3 course meal or arrange refreshments and snacks for friends. Up the stairs at the front of the house there is a large triple bedroom containing 3 single beds and plenty of storage space too. The middle bedroom contains a double bed again with plenty of space. The large bathroom contains a free-standing bath and a separate walk-in shower in addition to a sink and toilet. There is a small outside area suitable for smoking with a small patio table and 2 chairs.
