The Mousehole is a beautifully styled 1 bedroom lower ground floor apartment. This apartment offers an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with a very slouch worthy sofa for when you’re ready to put your feet up with a book and a cup of coffee. To the rear of this apartment you will find your very own private parking space for 1 car. If you are truly looking for a place where you can escape then this is it. Where comfort is key, after a day out exploring Poole you can retire to a sumptuous king sized bed adorned in the freshest white sheets, ready to provide you with that all important downtime where you can recharge your batteries and get a good night's sleep. Modern and neat yet well equipped, this kitchen comes with all the mod cons so that you will have everything you could possibly need. There is also a free communal garden area at the rear of the property that all residents may use. We would like to inform you that should you require linens for the sofa bed, there will be a nominal fee. This charge is implemented to ensure your utmost comfort and satisfaction. However, if you do not need the sofa bed linens, rest assured that this charge will not be applicable, allowing you to enjoy your stay without any additional costs. Disclaimer: ALL unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee per additional hour overstayed. Mousehole has a great story as this part of the building was the bar for the famous old Michelin recommended Isabels restaurant. It has great dimensions of floor space however it does have limited head height of approximately 6’2” or 188cm. Door sills are somewhat lower than this and you may need to bend to go through. Please bare this in mind when considering to stay in this property as we can accept no responsibility for any injuries caused. If you are particularly tall we would recommend opting for neighbouring properties Chambre D’Isabels or Central Park Suite. The Mousehole is enveloped in the leafy green suburb of Ashley Cross which is the ultimate mecca for restaurants, shops and bars. If you’re looking for a great place to dine out then the Dancing Moose, Drgn Fly, Chicken and Blues, The OX Pub, Le Bateau Wood Fired Restaurant & Bar, The Butcher's Dog Bar & Bottleshop and Camden Bar should at the very top of your list. If you miss Mark Bennett's patisserie within the building, you are missing out. The pastries are an absolute delight and always deliver on taste.
