We are local to the Lymington area and are always available to answer any questions our guests may have. We are also on hand should we need to pop in if there are any issues. We are very familiar with our surrounding areas and have a wealth of knowledge of the local attractions and places to eat and visit. The Cottage comprises of: Ground Floor: Fully equipped Kitchen. For your comfort during the summer, the Aga is turned off to keep you cool. There is a family-sized 'Ninja' oven + induction hob for rapid family cooking and roasting along with a large BBQ in the garden to cover all your cooking needs. Additionally there is a Dolce Gusto Coffee Maker, all crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, utensils and glasses you could wish for. Large dining room with dining table and comfortable chairs for all your guests. The cosy sitting room is complete with a wonderful wood-burning stove. Sumptuous L sofa for 5, and 2 fireplace armchairs. Perfect to lounge and watch sky sports or movies together on the 65inch flat screen TV First Floor: 2 x Double Bedrooms with hanging space and shelving for clothes, thick curtains to give you the best nights sleep. 1 Bathroom with Bath and shower over, lavatory and basin. Outside: The Summerhouse: A double bed with an ensuite loo. French doors open to the upper terrace and seating areas. There is shelving and hanging space for clothes. A Dolce Gusto coffee machine allows you to take your morning coffee in bed or enjoy on the terrace. Blackout curtains also ensure privacy from the garden as well as a good night's sleep! Terrace: The beautifully designed two-level terrace garden is a tranquil haven enjoying sunshine throughout the day. A perfect sun trap where you can soak up the rays on the loungers or at the outside table with a glass of wine or two. BBQ and eat at the garden table. The lower terrace hot tub is a wonderful addition to your stay, where you can enjoy the 140 jets as the sun goes down. Rear Garden: Behind the Summerhouse is a large fenced + private grassy area - perfect for dogs and children to run around and play. Front Courtyard Entrance courtyard to the property with the wood store, and room to store bicycles, buckets, spades, and crabbing gear.

Just a short stroll away, you can enjoy direct views of the Isle of Wight ferry meandering across the harbour at the Quay. Located in a picturesque Georgian town, steps away from unique shops, eateries, and the National Park's edge. Train station and bike hire are just a 5-minute walk away.
