Self contained and entirely for guest use, this is a lovely maisonette at the back of a seafront property - so despite having no sea view it does benefit from beautiful sunlight in the afternoon and early evening. Just yards from the promenades and beach and ideally situated within walking distance of the lovely shops, bars and restaurants of the High St and Seaview St areas, and all attractions Cleethorpes has to offer. With its own secure off-street parking space, arrival by car at any time of the day or night is easy.

Whether your stay in Cleethorpes is for work or pleasure, from this location you can make the most of the whole area. I’m happy to share my opinions on places to eat, drink and be merry (there are so many great options recently!) As a base for work, this property is around half an hour from the Port of Immingham and the Humber Bank industries, and 15 minutes drive from Grimsby Docks. For those using public transport, it is on a bus route and the train station is less than 10 minutes walk.
