Please note that communal areas are cleaned weekly, between these times cleaning is the responsibility of guests as is the provision of cleaning materials.

As we provide residential accommodation rather than hotel rooms, we will require ID, agreement to terms of a booking contract and your card details confirmed for us over the phone to secure your stay. A member of our reception team will be in touch when you book with the details! Please be aware that these documents must be sent to us electronically before your day of check in. We operate using a self-check in system and do not have a physical reception at which paper documents can be submitted.

Riceverete un contratto di affitto che dovrà essere firmato e restituito alla struttura prima dell'arrivo. Nel caso in cui non riceveste il contratto in tempo, dovrete contattare l'agenzia che gestisce la struttura al numero indicato sulla conferma di prenotazione.
