The property is located on a working farm. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times. The combined kitchen and dining room is equipped with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge freezer, and the living room contains a colour television with Freeview and DVD player. An extra cloakroom is provided downstairs for convenience. The rear garden contains garden furniture, a barbecue for those summer evenings and attractive views across the grounds of South Allington House.
