We're a lovely family-run guest house with excellent links to the city centre (20 min walk or bus every 4 min) and other areas, such as Abingdon, Culham, and Didcot. We have three ensuite rooms for our guests and three further bedrooms with a shared bathroom and an additional toilet. Off-street parking is available at the property for up to 3 cars, free of charge. If you need a spot, please indicate at the booking. Furthermore, our guests have 24h access to the dining area in our bright conservatory equipped with all amenities to enjoy a food order or a hot drink. This includes a guest fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery and everything you need for tea & coffee. Guests can also enjoy their meals and drinks outside, indulging themselves with the view of the lovely, westerly-facing back garden at, hopefully, equally lovely British weather.

Hi! 👋 We're your host - Roksana & Natan. We're a family of four living a few minutes away from the B&B. Roksi looks after our wonderful children and lovely guests 🤗 If you reach out to us, she will likely take care of you and your reservation 📝✔️ Nat looks after the property and helps with all technical aspects of the business, such as this website 👨‍🔧 During the daytime, he wears the hat of a researcher in aerospace at Oxford University 👨‍🔬 We give our guest space, but we're frequently presnet at the property if you wish to speak to us in person. During the week, you're most likely to catch us in before and by the end of breakfast time, and often in the evenings working outside if the weather allows! On the weekend, we often pop in for a whole to make sure the property and our guests are well looked after, giving you plenty of opportunity to interact. 😃💬😊 Thanks for looking at our propery.
