Please be aware that when booking with us, you will be required to sign our terms and conditions and upload a form of Government official ID prior to your arrival. ★Guests will be required to complete a registration form, sign standard terms and conditions and submit Government issued identification★ ★Damage deposit should be pre-authorized through our deposit link★ ★ SELF CHECK-IN - The keys to the home are in the lockbox that can only be accessed with the code we will send before your arrival once all booking requirements are completed.★ ★ Cross street is newly refurbished 4 bedroom terrace house. Everything inside is brand new and finished to a high standard. There is a cosy living room with smart TV and freeview. Moving through the property there is a dining room with 4 person dining table and a desk to work from. Also on the ground level is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor there is two double bedrooms and on the second floor is a further two double bedrooms. All the bedrooms are spacious, nicely decorated and come with wardrobes. **TO NOTE: RE PARKING The parking is permit parking however... There is free on street parking outside the property between the hours of 6pm and 8am and 2 hours either side, you can park there between 4pm and 10am every day free of charge. Guests have access to the entire property.
