Derwent Cottage is a nicely-presented barn conversion, set in a peaceful and rural location, just four miles from Malton, and can sleep four people. This ground floor cottage has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is ample off road parking and a large decked patio with furniture. Derwent Cottage is a wonderful holiday base. Note There is a 25.00 charge for use of the hot tub per visit. The town of Malton has many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. A weekly market is still held in the town, as well as livestock and farmers' markets. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it excellent country for walkers and cyclists.
