Full size cooker, fridge/freezer and fully equiped kitchen. Garden table, caravan manual to assist. No pets. **PLEASE report any issues within 2 hours of arrival** including cleaning or missing items. Any items cannot be resolved after this time or after you have left. ARRIVAL time is 5pm (earlier subject to availability) and leaving time is 10am prompt - no charge for an earlier check in or out - subject to cleaning being completed. Beds can be made up at an extra charge. ACCESS - you will be sent a message the day before and you return the key & fob to the Keybox on leaving. BEDDING: There are light duvets and pillows in the caravan. Please bring your own linens, pillows and towels at minimum. Each bed has a mattress topper and pillows and bring your own thicker duvets in colder months. SEAWICK is a busier park (in my opinion) but you are located on a quiet spot near the edge of the park with your own garden area. You are a few minutes walk to Seawick facilities and 5/10 mins to other parks, not overlooked since Dotty is on the edge of the park.

SLEEPS 6 - Near to facilities , suitable for couples, families and pets with permission (extra charges apply). There is a large double bed, twin beds and a pull out sofa bed. Please note there are no cots or bed guards - children over 2 years old must be able to sleep in a bed and/or any travel cot you bring would have to be located in the lounge. There are summer duvets - recommended that you bring your own duvets/pillows. The caravan has a full sized gas cooker, fridge, VFast Internet, TV and DVD player and DVD's available. Electric heating, gas cooker, dining table, garden area, parking nearby. If you cannot find your dates here, try DOTTY BY THE SEA at St Osyth Beach Park (sister caravan). BOOKING - the owner reserves the right for access for any maintenance, checks or security reasons to maintain a safe caravan. We will try to accommodate any date changes and date change charges may apply. Please ensure this caravan meets your needs as we cannot upgrade or change your location. The heating is an electric fire in the lounge and fan heaters in the bedroom. Please ensure these are not left on for a long period of time, left unattended or left with children in the bedroom. You will be sent a caravan manual for basic instructions and messages about access before you arrive. Please contact the park or park warden for gas and electric matters - numbers are in the manual. CHANGES - ALL guests must be well to occupy/ 7 days clear of any symptoms/tests to check-in, dates may be moved if possible and charges may apply. WIFI- is Vfast is provided free for reasonable usage which is usually about 3gb/day. If total usage exceeds the 100gb per month limit, the wifi will run at a slower speed. You can buy a bolt-on eg 20GBP for 20gb extra needed.

THIS accommodation is on SEAWICK Holiday Park and please look up facilities and the area for your booking time. The caravan is located on a footpath and grassed area away from the noise, lights and bustle of the park, therefore it is about 3 - 5 mins walk to facilities. THIS is a peaceful spot on the park with a view outward to garden area and no other caravans. It is fenced adjoining Beach Road and has bushes and trees nearby. Very safe for kids as they can play outside of the caravan away from a road area and no cars can access this part of the caravan plot. The access to the area is also has a barrier access which is accessible during holiday season. Other times you will need to purchase a fob pass. The caravan is cleaned after every guest by a local professional cleaner and so please report any issues within 2 hours of arriving as any comments after this time cannot be rectified. CARAVAN MANUAL: will be emailed to you and in the caravan upon your arrival with useful numbers and the owner is always available to answer any queries, such as get a gas bottle, and any directions. PARK - Please txt or email in the first instance if not urgent. Please contact the park if urgent such as water or electrical faults with the numbers provided in the manual as the owner cannot assist. Park pass prices are in the manual as they will change seasonally so please check with the park for the dates you are booked.
