A 12 square meter double bedroom with a brand new double bed and mattress. This room is suitable for a single professional or a couple for a short or medium stay in London. Everything in this room is new and has been selected with particular attention to comfort and having a peaceful stay. This double room is in a very quiet house, in a quiet neighborhood. This property is pet-free and smoke-free. Guest will have a private bathroom right next door to the room. The location of the property is a short walk to Streatham common train station (National Rail) where you can take regular trains to London Victoria & London Bridge. Both of these stations have a well connected Tube connections to anywhere you wish to go in London. You can be in the center of London in less than 20 mins and enjoy London central without paying a hefty fee for accommodation. You can also easily catch trains to and from Gatwick Airport and Get to Gatwick in 35-40 mins. Daily fresh fruit and water bottles will be provided to the guests. However, for a wider selection of fruit and more quantity of fruit, by request that could be arranged by the host (extra changes will apply). Daily continental breakfast can be provided with an extra charge. There are several cafes, pubs, and restaurants close by for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is no access to kitchen facilities or tableware/cookware as part of this booking and guests are expected to make arrangements to have their meals outside of the property. Strictly no takeaway food can be taken to the room.

I value my time and have a clean and peaceful place to stay away from home is priceless to me, so I providing what I personally like for my guests. I can share plenty of useful info about London and where to go for sightseeing to shop and where to eat both locally and London wide. Also ask me about the latest local festivals and shows.
Quiet and peaceful residential and family-oriented neighborhood with free parking on the road. It is so quiet, that a good night sleep is guaranteed. You can walk 8-10 mins to the nearest train station (Streatham Common) to use public transport to London Central. Easy access to London Victoria (20 mins away) And; London Bridge station (18 mins away). 2 mins walk to closest bus stop which you can catch buses to Brixton & Streatham Hill or Morden.

2) This booking is for a double room and private bathroom facility. This doesn't include access to any kitchen and dining area and there will be no provision of tableware and cookware part of your stay. There are no cooking facilities or fridge/freezer for the guests during their stay.

3) Guests are expected to make their own arrangements for their daily meals to be served and have outside of the property. There are coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants near the property which guests can use to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No takeaway food can be taken to the room so, please don't use the property's address to apps like Delivero or Ubereat to order takeaways.
