We are a family run Bed & Breakfast business. There is a 2nd bedroom available (extra charges apply, select 3 people in booking). Within a short drive to the seafront, we are well located for a visit to Weston-super-Mare and surrounding areas. If you are looking for a relaxing break away, in a spacious setting, with the use of a private garden, covered barbeque area, summerhouse, bar & hottub, you won't be disappointed. B&B Hours from 16:00hrs to 09:30hrs daily but can be flexible depending on hosts availability. Please be aware that we have a very friendly Golden Retriever dog. Hosts have own private lounge. The double bedroom (Blue room) has a double bed with a kingsize duvet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 40 Inch HD Smart TV, hairdryer, and work desk / dressing table with mirror. All electric sockets have additional USB ports. Guests have their own private bathroom, accessed across a shared landing. Bath with shower overhead and handrails, WC, sink, and heated towel rail. The 2nd room contains a single bed with double duvet, a TV with Amazon Fire TV, a desk/dressing table, and a chest of drawers. The wardrobe in this room is for the hosts storage. A travel cot (bedding not supplied), highchair, and baby changing facilities are available on request at booking. There are stair gates in the property. Families are welcome to book with us, remembering that we have a friendly dog who is used to all ages of children. The travel cot can be errected in either bedroom. Hot drink making facilities and hairdryers are available in both bedrooms. The double room listing is for 2 people sharing the double room. Please select the 3 guest rate for additional guest, or for 2 people with a room each. 3rd person charge not applicable for under 2 year olds using a cot. Max we can host is 3 people in beds (2 in double, 1 in single) plus a cot in either of the rooms. An Electric Vehicle Charger is available for guests use (Local charges apply). The house is in a popular housing estate called Weston Village. We are located at the end of a cul-de-sac with a traffic free lane running alongside us so minimal car noise. A peaceful garden awaits you, with hottub, bar, terrace/decking area, and a covered barbeque area.
